Booking changes must be made at least 24 hours before your arrival.
In our app, it is not possible to directly modify an existing booking (for example, to change the arrival or departure date).
If you wish to make a change, you have two options:
Cancel your booking through the app and create a new booking with the updated information.
Contact our customer support, who can assist you with making the change.
If your request occurs less than 24 hours before your arrival, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to modify your booking. In this case, please contact our support team directly for assistance.
Please note that it is not possible to change the parking, airport, or payment method of an existing booking
