Parking key policy

If you need to hand over your vehicle keys to the parking operator, please ensure you have a physical key or key card.

For security and operational reasons, most of our parking partners do not accept app keys. Please ensure you have the correct key type with you to avoid delays and ensure a smooth check-in process.
