My flight got cancelled - what are my options?

If your flight is cancelled within 24 hours before your arrival, it is not possible to modify your booking online unless you selected the “cancellation fee” option when making your reservation.

With the cancellation fee option, you can cancel your booking at any time before arrival and receive a full refund.

If you did not select this option, it will unfortunately not be possible to receive a refund. In that case, we recommend that you contact your travel insurance or airline to request reimbursement of the related costs.
