How can I cancel my booking?

Once you make a booking, an account is automatically created for you. You can then manage your reservation through your dashboard.

To cancel your booking:

1. Log in to your dashboard.

2. Click on the “Cancel” button next to your booking.

You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival, or if you selected the cancellation insurance when booking.
